The Challenge (Game Jam Theme)

Desert Ascent is about contrast: you start grounded and simple, then rise into modern Dubai. The higher your tower grows, the more the world shifts from sand-level calm to skyline height—all through clean, focused, precision gameplay.

Gameplay

Your goal: build the tallest tower and highest score possible.

• A block moves into position and you click to drop it.

• Center placement = more points.

• The closer you land to the exact center, the bigger the reward.

• Perfect center drops build a combo multiplier.

• Miss the center and your combo resets—so the challenge is staying consistent under pressure.

Pure timing, precision, and high-score chasing.

Scoring & Combo

💥 The longer your perfect streak, the faster your score climbs.

(Tip: Don’t chase speed early—lock in your rhythm and protect the combo.)

Tips to Win

• Aim for consistency: protecting your combo beats risky “almost perfect” drops.

• Watch the block’s rhythm—clicking on a repeatable timing pattern is easier than reacting late.

• If you lose the combo, slow down for 2–3 placements and rebuild it clean.
